REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation
* Orders may be cancelled before installation or activation of services.
* Once installation is completed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Installation Charges
* Installation charges are strictly non-refundable once service is provided.
3. Subscription Fees
* Subscription fees (monthly/annual) once activated are non-refundable.
* No refund will be provided for partial usage of subscription period.
4. Device Refund
* Refund for devices will only be considered in case of manufacturing defects verified by our technical team.
* The device must be returned in original condition without physical damage.
5. Refund Processing
* Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
* Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in case of:
* Change of mind after installation
* Vehicle sale or transfer
* Damage caused by customer negligence
* Service disruption due to telecom/network issues
